to benefit the Mt. Washington
Valley Ski Touring Foundation

This Snowshoe Scramble race is a Granite State Snowshoe Series Event to be held in Whitaker Woods, the intown trail network maintained by the Mt. Washington Valley Ski Touring Foundation located in North Conway Village. This 4-mile race course consists of groomed trails and twisty singletrack.

Start Time: 10 am sharp
Check in time: 8:30 - 9:30 am

Registration Fee:

$15 per person before January 7th
$20 per person beginning January 7th and on race day.

ONLINE REGISTRATION will open December 1st.

Registration open on Race Day from 8:30 - 9:30 am
with personal check or cash.

Snowshoe racing is one of the fastest growing winter sports in the northeast thanks to our fantastic snow and incredible trail networks. This exciting, fast-growing activity will make you fitter and faster than you ever thought possible. Come join us as a participant, or a spectator, at this scenic intown location at the northern edge of North Conway Village. Bagels, coffee and soup provided by Big Dave's Deli will be served following the event.

7th Annual Snowshoe Scramble --
The morning was sunny, no wind, but temps were in single digits just prior to 10 am race start. More than 120 racers participated. Nacho Hernando from Team Sweetie Pies, the 2015 winner, crossed the finish line first in 23:27.2 minutes! Leslie O'Dell of Six03 Team Endurance once again was the first woman to finish in 30:30.8 minutes.

Post race bagels, soup and and beverages supplied by Big Dave's Deli. Thank you to the following businesses for their prize and gift certificate donations: Stonehurst Manor, Tuckerman's Restaurant, Ragged Mountain Equipment, Eastern Mountain Sports, and Great American Ski Rental.
